Few minutes for India

Dear Friends

(if you really love India and Indian culture spare few minutes for

this

mail)

Here I am going to write about an incident briefly, which was

happened in my

University's societies fair.

I am the president of Indian origin society in the University of

North

London. In the last year societies fair we ware participated by

arrange a

stall to join the new members. At that time I saw a book in the

Islamic

society stall, that is "Hinduism and Islam a Comparative Study". Out

of

interest I pick that book with their permission and red few lines.

then the president of Islamic society started to explain about

Islam and

Criticising about Hinduism, then I explained about the basic concept

of

Hinduism and

What is God what is religion, how to live as a civilised people in

society

with deferent type of people. Then he shut his mouth and said we

will meat

again.

After that we had a similar long discussion in the University, he

cut of the

topic and gone away. In the next societies fair (on 28th Oct) he

came to our

stall and gave me the same book and said that, read this book

completely and

come discuss with me. Then I red few chapters from that book and

felt very

bad about the book.

Here I am writing few lines from the book.

1) Hindu scriptures are essentially pornographic in nature, full of

sexual

allusion, sexual symbolism, passages of frank eroticism and stories

relating

to venal love.

(Page 23 sex and sex-worship)

2) The sexual life of Krishna, an incarnation of Vishnu, is well

Known for

its indecency. He had illicit relations with Radha, wife of his

maternal

uncle.

(Same page)

3) Brahma is found guilty of cohabiting with his own daughter.

Saraswati.

(Same page)

4) Vishnu is guilty of deceitfully ruining the chastity of a married

woman,

called Tulasi. (Page 24 sex and sex-worship)

5) Siva and his consort Parvati are depicted in various explicit

poses of

the sexual act.

(Page 24)

6) Hindu Gods and rishis are found engaged in sexual act with

beautiful

women and breeding illegitimate children.

(Page 24 sex and sex-worship)

7) it is however, interesting to not that the cow used to be

slaughtered by

the ancient Hindus to enjoy its beef, entertain the guests and offer

it as

sacrifice to their deities.

(Page 26 Reverence for the Cow)

8) The main aim of the Gita was to defend the discriminatory caste

system.

It justified

the caste System with the concept of "Karma". It is full of

contradictions.

It legalised

killing, theft, immoral life and advocated telling of lies and

addiction to

alcohol.

And so many things in the book from beginning to end

this book was published in India, Author is from India.

All in formation about the publisher, author and seller in London Is

in the

book, if any one want know the details of the book please e-mail me.

I would like to know how many people are want to take action against

the

Publisher, author and seller.

We should take an action about this book in the court of law but not

in

other way. To stop this type of books in future

I am waiting for your co-operation

Jagan Mohan Erra
