Expressing concern over the ailment of his party leader, party vice- president Ejaz Shaffi said, "the rulers had failed to hang the elected Prime Minister and now they were adopting new tactics to kill him". He said the government's failure to provide proper medical facilities to Sharif has exposed its attitude and demanded that the regime provide medical attention to Nawaz Sharif and shift him to a hospital. The central information secretary of PML Mushahidullah Khan has said that the party would inform the international community about the human rights violations the Sharif family had been subjected to. — PTI
