Honourable Vaisnavas, Godbrothers, Godsisters & Friends,

 

You are cordially invited with your family and friends for our mutual

benefit and spiritual fulfilment to participate with your various

services on the 516th Anniversary of the Auspicious Advent of the

most magnanimous Lord Sri Gauranga Sundar which will be observed this

year, as inaugurated in Sri Chaitanya Saraswat Math by our beloved

Srila Guru Maharaj, His Divine Grace Ananta-Sri Vibhusita Paramahamsa-

chudamani Om Visnupad Sri Srila Bhakti Raksak Sridhar Dev-Goswami,

from Sunday 4th March to Wednesday 14th March 2001, by the sincere

efforts and enthusiasm of the devotees of the Math.

 

Distinguished Vaisnavas, Godbrothers and many other honourable guests

will be present especially for this grand occasion.

 

The functions of worship, readings, discourses, Kirttan, Sri Nabadwip

Dham Parikrama, distribution of Mahaprasad and other devotional

activities pertaining to the great Sankirttan Mahayajna will be held

as an offering to the very embodiment of Sankirttan: Their Lordships

Sri Sri Guru-Gauranga-Gandharvva-Govindasundar, Giridhari, Gopaldev,

and Sri Sri Laksmi-Varahadevji with Their Divine Paraphernalia.

Programme 2001

Sunday 4th March, 2001: Sri Nabadwip Dham Parikrama Adhivasa. The

auspicious inauguration of the grand holy celebration of Mahaprabhu;

and inauguration of the world-wide conference of the distinguished

Vaisnavas, Sri Visva-Vaisnava-Raja-Sabha. Congregational chanting,

and lectures by the stalwart devotees attending from various parts of

the world.

 

Monday 5th March: Sri Nabadwip Dham Parikrama begins. Parikrama of

Sri Ishodyan, Sri Yogapitha (Sriman Mahaprabhu's birth place), Srivas

Angan, Sri Nrsimha Mandir, Sri Adwaita Bhavan, Murari Gupta Bhavan,

Sri Chaitanya Math, Acharyya Chatustya Samanita, Sri Sri Gandharvika

Giridhari and Sri Mahaprabhu Mandir, Srila Bhakti Siddhanta Saraswati

Thakur Prabhupad's Samadhi Mandir, Srila Gaurakishor Das Babaji

Maharaj's Samadhi Prabriti, Sri Kazi Samadhi, Sharadanga Sri

Jagannath Mandir, Sridhar Angan and Sri Simantadwip, Sri Rudradwip,

Sri Antardwip.

 

Tuesday 6th March: Ekadasi. Fast. Parikrama of Prodamaya Briddha

Shiv, Sri Vishnupriya's own Deity of Sri Gauranga, Sri Jagannath Das

Babaji Maharaj's Samadhi Mandir, Koladwip, etc.

 

Wednesday 7th March: Gaura-dvadasi. Paran by 6:03 a.m. Disappearance

of Sripad Madhavendra Puri. Parikrama of Sri Godruma and Madhyadwip,

Sri Surabhikunj, Suvarna Bihar Math, Sri Nrsimha Palli, Sri Harihara

Ksetra, & other places.

 

Thursday 8th March: Adhivas observance ceremony of the Appearance of

Sri Gauranga. Parikrama of Sri Koladwip, Sri Ritudwip, Sri Jahnudwip,

Sri Modadrumadwip, etc., Old Sri Gaura-Gadadhar Mandir, Vidyanagar

Sarvabhauma Gaudiya Math, Sri Vrindavan Das Thakur's Appearance

Place, and the Deity served by Sri Saranga Murari and Vasudeva Datta

Thakur.

 

Friday 9th March: Sri Gauravirbhava Paurnamasi. Gaura-Purnima. 516th

Divine Appearance of Sri Gauranga. Total fast until moonrise; then no

grains. Grand Festival at Sri Chaitanya Saraswat Math. Vasantotsav

and Dolyatra of Sri Sri Radha-Govinda. Special offering of worship

and arati. Sri Chaitanya-charitamrita reading and Maha-Sankirttan.

 

Saturday 10th March: Paran by 9:49 a.m. Anandotsav of Sri Jagannath

Misra. Last gathering of the week-long yearly meeting, Sri Visva-

Vaisnava-Raja-Sabha, at Sri Chaitanya Saraswat Math and yearly

festival.

 

Wednesday 14th March: `Pancham Dol.' The annual festival of Sri Sri

Guru-Gauranga-Radha-Gopinathjiu with Sankirttan and Mahamahotsav at

the Holy Appearance Place of Srila Bhakti Raksak Sridhar Dev-Goswami

Maharaj: Sri Chaitanya Saraswat Ashram, Sripat Hapaniya.
