Guest guest
Dear Vedic Culture Groups, Did anyone catch the dangerous sentiments in this articule? Would the criteria for superiourity be based simply on genetics? Perhaps it could be 'imagined' that humans could have "evolved" passed the idea that skin colour and race has anything to do with superiority! I personally take offense at this article being posted on the vedic culture news group. It is obviously racist and it is dangerous that these sentiments are coming from anyone associated with 'Vedic culture' > > As it has always been proven, only the > > fittest will survive and > > the fittest need not necessarily be the mightiest, > > as some of us believe. > > Instead of waiting for that eventual intervention of > > mother nature, perhaps > > it is worthwhile now for another Darwin to identify > > the best amongst us and > > guide mankind in the right direction. Guest guest
People (especially Westerners) who are interested in India and its Vedic past just out of curiosity or academics or as a fad are blissfully ignorant or turn ablind eye to the ground realties. Apartheid is still all pervading. I have first hand experience of it as a TCN (Third Country National) among the Westerners and Arabs in the Gulf. Also, one reads a lot about the sad state of Blacks in the so-called equal-opportunity progressive state of USA, including the recent disenfranchisement of about 20000 blacks !!! So it is a simple fact that Whites still reign supreme in the world. And all that I said in the article is that some scientists, who are impartial and world citizens, should confirm whether they are really the most evolved so that we all can try to follow them. I see nothing wrong in it. - Nicholas Trigg vediculture Wednesday, February 14, 2001 9:21 AM RE: [world-vedic] EVOLUTION_OF_MANKIND_-_Is_it_over_?
