Guest guest
Responses to South indian origins Raveen two contradictory statements "Racially they are not related to the north Indians who are the descendants of the Aryans who settled in India 1000 years later. " "These deviations can be explained with a probable interbreeding between the Dravidians and Mundas, as it is still taking place in the Chotanagpur region between the Dravidian Oraons and the neighboring Mundas" Where is Chotanagpur ? In South India ? I am being sarcastic when I ask this question where is Chotanagpur? We call Tribals in Chotanagpur Dravidians and Munda only because they still speak the langauges, but what about the rest who have come to speak Hindi/ Gujarati/ Marathi/Bengali ... are the racially different than South Indians ? My point is that they are not. I dont think we have such a distinct racila difference between many North Indians and South Indians as postulated. North Indians might speak IA langauges but that does not mean that they are all racially related to the Iranians who also speak a related tongue.
