Guest guest
One famous and often-quoted legal theorist in Western civilization wrote in a previous century that "The members of society do not demand infallibility from their institutions, but they revolt against the claim that they should not be allowed to see what is going on within those institutions." What do listmembers think of that often-quoted statement? Whether or not you agree with that idea, are you able to apply that idea to your own institutions and to the institutions of others at the same time, in an evenhanded manner? msc
