The Hon. Judge Lindsay signed a 15 page Order on September 28, 2001,

received from the court by fax today, which effectively guts the Children of

ISKCON case.

> For the reasons stated, Plaintiffs have failed to allege facts which

> demonstrate that they have been injured in their business or property as

> required by RICO. The court therefore concludes that Plaintiffs can prove

> the dismissal of their RICO claims, the only claims remaining in this

> Inc., NRS, Inc., and Jaga, Inc.'s motion to dismiss. Plaintiffs RICO

> claims against these Defendants are hereby dismissed with prejudice, and

> Plaintiffs' state law claims against these Defendants are dismissed

> without prejudice. In addition, Plaintiffs' claims against the previously

> identified unserved Defendants in this case are hereby dismissed without

> prejudice pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 4(m). In light of the court's ruling,

> the only Defendants remaining in this case are Defendant Keith Ham,

> Defendant Howard Resnick, and Defendants Does 1-30. It is so ORDERED this
