Guest guest
Within 3 generations, the British created an artificial political division that had never existed. You may have been a muslim, hindu, sikh, christian but you were always an Indian. During the 1st war of Indian Independance, the misnamed Sepoy rebelion of the 1850s, the whole country rose up to enthrone the descendent of Akbar as their Emporer. An Islamic ruler was prefered to British tyranny. The struggle was suppresed with unspeakable cruelty. Not only that, rumours of an internal British power struggle between the East India Co. and the British Monarchist powers, may have been at the root of some of the atrocities committed in the name of Indian Freedom. After the defeat of the native struggle, control of India, including its Opium, went into the direct hands of the British Monarch and its Government. Before that it was in the hands of the East India Co. The US Civil war also increased the British Crowns income dramatically. The suspension of the Southern States(CSA) cotton industry immediatly transfered full control of the cotton industry to the British who exploited indian labor at a cost much lower than the southern slavers. The whole industry shifted from the USA to British Controlled India. Today, India, with the 2nd largest Islamic population on earth, is as diverse as it ever was, but millions of its children have been ripped from Mother India's bosom. As a consequence of British policies, millions of Indian people, falsely called Pakistanis, Afghans and Bangladeshis are screaming for the destruction of their own people, culture, society and history by their support of the terrorist's war against India.
