Please accept my humble obeisances.

 

On this thread i want to continue to share with you all some things i

have learned about ancient Vaishnavism, in what i call the

MEDITERRANEAN PROTO CATHOLIC HELIOPOLITAN ASYLA FEDERATIONS. In my

over 30 years of study on this subject, i completed 5 years of

credited graduate-level college degree work on these connections. So

you can be assured that they are REAL and backed-up by solid

evidence.

 

A BRIEF INTRODUCTION TO THE MEDITERRANEAN PROTO CATHOLIC WORSHIP OF

RADHA-KRISHNA and BALARAM

 

The largest, most influential of these ASYLA Federations just before

the appearance of Jesus Christ, was the SARAPEAN ALEXANDRIAN LEAGUE.

However, HELIOS worshiping inter racial, inter linguistic and inter

national ASYLA (DHARMASHALLA, TEMPLE OR SANCTURY) LEAGUES, ALLIANCES

or FEDERATIONS in the Mediterranean Region go ALL the way back to the

prehistoric period. We know this both from 'legends' about pre-

history, and from the results of extensive archaeology in the region.

The existance of such religious leagues has been tied to so-

called 'Solar Monotheism', but if we study the inter religious

content of that Monotheism as a whole, it quickly becomes clear that

the SUPREME GODHEAD of so-called Heliopolitan Solar Monotheism was

Sri Krishna, Baladeva and Paramatma (later to become the Catholic

Trinity)! Usually the so-called 'gods' of the regional 'polytheistic'

traditions were actually localized Forms of the Heliopolitan Deity.

Consequently, what has been commonly thought of as polytheism or

pantheism, was often emanational and incarnational KRISHNA-BALARAM-

PARAMATMA worship instead.

 

The earliest 'legendary' source on the beginning of Heliopolitan

dominance in the region (circa 3000 BC), is the single fact that the

City of Heliopolis in Egypt was founded by a 'son' or ray (ACTIS) of

Helios Kouros and Rhoda. One story is that 'Actis' was exiled from

the Sacred Isle of Rhodes, and founded the Sacred City of Heliopolis

as a penitential offering to his Divine Parents. The Isle RHODES was

named for, and CONSIDERED A FORM OF Helios Kouros's Feminine TYCHE or

FORTUNA (LAKSHMI !) in Her original Form as RHODA (RADHA). Rhoda

means RED (or pink), ROSE. Via a confounding of the letters DALETH

and ROSH (written almost identically)in Hebrew, RODA / DODA means

BELOVED or LOVING, LOVER. RHODOS (Masculine Name of Helios) and RHODA

(His 'Nymph' Beloved) both are called DODA "BELOVED" in the

BIBLICAL "SONG OF SONGS" or "SONG OF SOLOMON", which is the

Scriptural Source of 'Bridal Mysticism' in the Western Monotheistic

Traditions. In Western Monotheism, the CONJUGAL LOVE OF GOD IS CALLED

ADORATION. GOD IS THE SUPREME ORIGINAL ADORABLE ONE. The theological

use of the word DODA in relationship to the highest love of god,

parallels the Vaishnava theological connection of the word ARADHANAM

with both the ADORATION OF SRI KRISHNA AND THE 'HIDDEN' NAME OF

SRIMATE RADHARANI, WHO IS THE VERY BEING OF THE HIGHEST LOVE OF GOD.

 

The connection between RHODA and Semitic / Hebrew DODA is confirmed

by Jewish texts calling the Rhodians the DODA-nim, and identifying

them as the descendants of DODA the great-grandson of Noah. There are

two very important Theophoric Names which positively identify the

Jewish Deity with RHODA or DODA as THE BELOVED. These are DODAI,

translated "beloved of Jah" (1 Chronicals 27.4) and DODA-VAH

translated

"Jah is loving" (2 Chronicals 20.37.) DODA is translated as BELOVED,

refering to the LOVERS OF THE SONG OF SONGS, over 30 times in the

SONG.

 

One of the by-Names of RHODA and Her Island is NYMPHIA which means

LOTUS ! So the picture is complete, RHODA / RADHA is also NYMPHIA /

PADMA (SRI). AS TYCHE-FORTUNA SHE IS LAKSHMI ! As FORTUNA-MONETA

(mint and money) ALL COINS WERE FIRST MINTED IN HER TEMPLES. As the

Jewish SHEKINAH SHE IS SHAKTI. As Juno Juventas SHE IS RADHA YUVANI.

As Juno MARINA SHE IS NARAYANI. As the QUEEN OF HEAVEN, BASILEA, SHE

IS VASUDEVI.

 

The countless connections between the MASCULINE GIVER GODHEAD IN THE

EAST AND WEST ARE THUS PARALLELED BY RELATED CONNECTIONS TO THE BY-

NAMES FORMS AND EXPANSIONS OF SRI RADHA / RHODA. All of these

surviving connections come through into Catholicism in BRIDAL

MYSTICISM, where the hyper dulia. or special veneration of RHODA THE

MYSTICAL ROSE has been preserved in the worship of MARY.

 

The legend of the Rhodian founding of Heliopolis is supported by

clear evidence

of Aegean-African-Semitic connections from the Sacred Isle of Rhodes,

the enormous pre historic settlements of the Nile Delta, the other

Aegean Isles like CRETE, and from Semitic Canaan. So from the

beginning, the inter racial religion of Heliopolis had at its

historical and theological core, the worship of RADHA AND KRISHNA AS

the UNIVERSAL MOTHER AND FATHER-GOD OF ALL HUMANITY.

 

RADHA-KRISHNA / RHODA-KOUROS KI JAYA !
