I am also really sorry to see that George Harrison has left us. He

inspired me so much and showed the way to go and what to value and

what to think. I was sorry to see him so discouraged about spiritual

life towards the end. He basically just walked away from usafter

having been such a leader, but in that shorttime he did more than

I'll do in my lifetime.

 

I also agree that sidereal Libra rising doesn't seem to fit him. To

tell the truth, when he was born, there were two hours of daylight

time because of the war, which puts the rising sign at about 29* of

Virgo. The Virgo chart does fit his meteoric rise in life and

explains the status that he enjoyed. It is hard to image such strong

status, like Harrison had, for a person who has Libra rising and the

ascendent lord in the sixth, albeit exalted, and aspected merely by

the lord of the 2nd and 7th. According to Libra, the strong karma as

a Beatle would have taken place in the Jupiter dasha, Jupiter being

the lord of the third and sixth. This is not so congruent. But if we

look at Virgo as the rising sign, the ascendent lord sits in the

fifth, Venus sits in the 7th exalted, and the Jupiter dasha results

are more feasible becauseJupiter is the lord ofthe 4th and 7th. A

benefic lord of trines, but not so bad as being thelord of the 3rd

and 6th in the ninth. That would bnever make one a Beatle!

 

I've had an interpretation of Geroge'schart onmy site for awhile now.

I read the book, taking notes of the dates of events, and I wrote an

interpretation making quite a few correspondences between events and

planetary periods.

 

It seems to me that some events can only bejustified by usingVirgo as

the rising sign. For example, in Jupiter-Sun, he earned so much money

for the Bangladesh charity. this makes sense with Virgo rising

because the Sun comes to own the 12th, the house of charity. The
