Dear Vrin,

Thank you for the note that the Indian Embassy does not celebrate officially

Krishna Janmashtami. I have sent the following:

Your Excellency,

I am stunned to hear that the Holidays Calender of Indian Embassy does not

include the Krishna Janmashtami, Ram Navami, Devi Navaratri, etc. Is even

India herself in the process of forgetting its oldest known tradition of

knowledge for exchange of the short-lived everchanging non-values of the

West?

Vedic Gods such as Krishna, Shiva, Devi, Ganesha, are not Gods in the sense

of other religions – some fearful gods far away. They contitute life itself,

indeed, they constitute human physiology itself – the universal

intelligence. Therefore to celebrate their days is life-supporting for

everyone.

Veda and Vedic Literature, which describes in-depth these aspects Universal

Intelligence, displays the eternally lively self-expressed value of Natural

Law; it is the sequential evolution of the Laws of Nature, the impulses of

Creative Intelligence – Devatas – that evolve into material creation.

The holistic value of Natural Law, eternally awake within itself, locates

within its Wholeness, within its generality, the element of specificity –

the specific impulses of Creative Intelligence – the five Tanmatra (the 5

basic structures of the administering inteligence of Natural Law) lively in

the names Ganpati, Shiva, Vishnu, Surya, and Devi. These names evolve into

form – intelligence evolves into physiology.

For example, Professor Tony Nader Ram has identified the form of Ganapati in

the brainstem. In English the names of the different physiological

structures that together structure Ganpati are „pons“ for the head of

Ganpati, „cerebelum“ for the ears, „medulla“ for His trunk, the „trigemital

nerve roots“ for His eyes, and a group of nerves at the base of the ponsfor

His tusks – their function is to distinguesh and separate the positive

qualities of intelligence from the negative qualities of intelligence.

In the Vedic Literature this „Ganesh quality of intelligence“ has a name

Vighneshwara-the great remover of obstacles-the administering intelligence

of Natural Law that removes obstacles.

The Vedic Literature describes Lord Vighneshwara sitting at the door of a

cave to gueard against any negative influence entering into the field of

eternal balance-Shiva-the silent domain of Total knowledge indowed with

infinite organizing power. Prof. Tony Nader Ram describes this functioning

value of Ganapati in the physiology in terms of the „gateway to brain“ (pons

controls awareness and behavioural performance as well as the inputs and

outputs of the brain). Prof. Tony Nader Ram has also discovered that other

structures and functions of the human physiology correspond to the

structures and functions of other Devata values – Shiva, Vishnu, Surya,

Devi, and their incarnations as described in the Vedic Literature.

India has a tradition of celebrating festivals with reference to the

structures and functions of the Laws of Nature as they have been portrayed

in the Vedic Literature in terms of Ganpati, Shiva, Vishnu, Surya, Devi,

etc. Every year, as a routine of the Indian calendar, all the qualities of

Creative Intelligence that administer life are celebrated: Vasanti Panchami,

Maha Shivaratri, Ram Navami, Krishn Janmashtami, Ganesh Chaturthi, Devi

Navaratri, Dipawali, etc.

It is very important that those who hold the reins of national

administration understand how the daily routine of celebrating the different

values of the administering intelligence of Nature help to create and

maintain a perfect government.

Collective consciousness is the real administrator of the nation. Government

is the mirror of the nation-whatever is the quality of collective

consciousness, that is the quality of the government.

On the day of Mahashivaratri, the whole national consciousness wakes up in

the quality of Shiva; on Dipavali, the whole national consciousness wakes up

in the quality of Mahalakshmi; on the day of Navaratri, Mahadurga dominates

national consciousness; on Krishna Janmashtami, the whole national

consciousness wakes up in that holistic quality of Natural Law lively in the

name of „Krishn“.... Every day the Indian calendar (panchang) brings to the

awareness of the people some specific quality of Natural Law.

This national tradition of recognizing, upholding, cherishin, and

celebrating different qualities of Nature´s Intelligence day by day and

night after night naturally unifies, integrates, and harmonizes the

collective consciousness of the whole population of India every day, day

after day throughout the year.

This tradition has alwas been, and will always be a great nourishing,

unifying, integrating, and harmonizing power for national consciousness.

If the government of India does not honour and does not promote this most

precious element of Indian culture, the precious value of renewal and

revitatization of the intergrating quality in national consciousness, then

it is not the Government of India. It may be the Government of Germany, or

the Government of England or Italy – but it can hardly be called the

Government of India.

May I direct your attention to the following internet sites that document in

a scientific and systematic way the power and effectivness of Vedic

technologies in solving modern problems of our times in the areas of
