Guest guest
George Harrison, a true friend of the people of Bangladesh has passed away. Yet the people of Bangladesh need help more than ever. The situation demands immediate attention and response. As individuals, we can spread the word about the inhumane activities perpertrated against the people of Bangladesh. We can write our Congress Reps and Senators. We can write letters to the Editor in our local papers. Let us not just let these people suffer silently. Out of compassion, George Harrison, used his personal influence and connections, to put together the world's first musical fundraiser on behalf of the suffering people of Bangladesh. No he didn't end suffering in Bangladesh, but by the effort, he taught us not ignore suffering. He taught us to use our influence and ability to help others. He taught us that helping others helps the whole world become that much better. So perhaps, we are not Mr.Harrison, but that doesn't mean we can't help the people of Bangladesh. What can we do? Write the UN, The Bangladesh Embassy, The White House, the EU, etc. SPREAD THE WORD.Anyone needing the proper emails for these organizations, let me know. aT yOUR sERVICE, Vrin Parker
