Guest guest
Thank you. I have often thought to refer people to this discussion group because of the rare and exceptional articles about Vedic culture from scientific or academic soundness. However, I am shy to do so given the other 'political' topics also included wherein the internal laundry of ISKCON is not only 'put out to dry,' but used for mud ball practice. I am wondering if it is now time to divide those who wish to talk the insiders 'philosophical' (political) discussion in another forum from this thereby making this one exclusively academic in nature versus more socially geared to in house ISKCON 'philosophical' discussions. This forum has now grown so much; it may be time to go to the next level--in short, more specific in its focus. I would describe that as Vedic Academia and news and events. Any other ideas? Raghunatha Anudasa Balakrishnan Arasapam [krsna_rupa] Friday, December 14, 2001 10:47 AM vediculture [world-vedic] What are we really discussing about? Dear newsgroup readers, I have been reading this newsgroup for the last 3 months. The reason why I applied for a membership to this group is to read more articles related to Vedic culture. But lately, I have been very disappointed reading news on consipiracy theories, attackes on other religions and our own etc.. everything else except things related to the name of this newgroup. Please, keep things in proper perspective, send articles related to Vedic culture, for readers like me who come here hoping to find things that will improve my understanding of our beautiful Hindu culture, not a farce or poltitical messages. Thank you, May Bhagavan Bless Us All Balakrishnan This is an information resource and discussion group for people interested in the World's Ancient Vedic Culture, with a focus on its historical, archeological and scientific aspects. Also topics about India, Hinduism, God, and other aspects of World Culture are welcome. Remember, Vedic Culture is not an artificial imposition, but is the natural state of a society that is in harmony with God and the environment.Om Shantih, Harih Om Your use of is subject to
