As India quickly moved to set in motion its nuclear arsenal by putting in place

its Agni nuclear missiles pakistan which had literally stopped its nuclear

ambitions quickly started reprocessing its limited number of fuel rods to

create some nuclear bomb material in retaliation.While India had continued its

nuclear arsenal ambitions by testing its missiles upto a range of over 2500 km

pakistan had been subdued by US pressure into stopping its nuclear and missile

program...

 

However after vajpayee refused any movement on a Kashmir solution despite

agreeing to normalize relations.. Pakistan's nuclear command control system

went into motion and initiated the preparation of a minimum nuclear deterrent

i.e. probably upto 10 nuclear capable missiles...Pakistan's army chief general

Yusuf was conspicuous by his absence from the meeting...apparently he had been

suggesting that musharaf vacate the army house and move into the

presidency...musharaf however refused and yusuf could be replaced in the near

future if musharaf does not step down from his army position...

 

some controversial statements being aired by PTV today:

 

kashmiris are my brothers and I want peace for them---vajpayee

 

the times of separation are over and small deshes are moving to rejoin each other..vajpayee

 

Such statements show the continuous negative aspect of the Indian/jamali

normalization attempts...many are suggesting that musharaf had in agra agreed

to a south India federation if he was made its president and offered the post

of primeminister to vajpayee...that would entail a relatively free Kashmir as

the third party in such a federation...many others are suggesting that pakistan

might agree to the bhutanisation of Kashmir

 

A statement by jamali should be imminent that nothing which harms the

sovereignty of pakistan over its territory will be agreed to and that any

agreement will be put before the national assembly before ratification...

 

However many suggest that the south Asian federation would cause the literal

demise of the Pakistani nation and there were apparently threats by nwfp and

balochistan to opt out of pakistan if jamali did not quit studying such

solutions...apparently the mohajirs and sindh were the most enthusiastic to

such a final solution as than they would be able to subdue Punjab thru new

Delhi and minus out Islamabad...

 

Some also suggested that the pakistan army would than never be able to mount

another coup as the Indian army would be forced to resist such a move...others

suggest another amendment in the constitution in which the usurpation of powers

of the national assembly by any individual/institution would be forbidden...such

institutions include the pakistan army and the supreme court which have

constantly attempted to destroy the Pakistani constitution and national

assembly...many have pointed out the musharaf attempts to force the countries

politicians onto the streets in another attempt to destroy the fledgling

national assembly from working properly...

 

many others wonder how vajpayee suddenly realized that kashmiris were his

brothers...others suggest that he was killing them before because he had

thought they were somebody else's brothers...obviously the Indian army which

has been decimating kashmiris over the last fourteen years and vajpayee seem

tobe working on different concepts...while the Indian army kills kashmiris

Vajpayee's wants peace for them...he could easily do that by just suggesting to

his army chief that enough killing of kashmiris has taken place and to put a

hold on such operations...other suggestions that have often been repeated is

the withdrawal from occupied Kashmir of the Indian army..that is what could

lead to an instant peace in Kashmir...maybe vajpayee needs tobe told that and

obviously that pakistan wants Kashmir to be handed over to pakistan so that the

Indians can never attempt to kill another kashmiri ever again...
