Polar bears have reportedly been observed in Tibet where the species has never ventured before, agencies reported from Beijing. The sightings could be of great significance to the study of the evolution of species in Tibet, experts told the Xhinhua news agency. Puce, a herdsman, said he saw a white creature and initially through it was a snow leopard.
