GRAND CELEBRATION OF RADHASTMI FESTIVAL IN VRINDAVAN, HOLY LAND OF INDIA

Hare Krishna,

I hope this will meet you in excellent health and blissful life. I pray to

Almighty Lord Krishna to shower his blessings on you.

I am pleased to inform you that Devotees celebrated Radhastami with great

enthusiasm. Joyous cries of the devotees were heard all over in Vrindavan .

Each temple was decorated with flowers and beautiful lights. Many days

before Radhastami the Prayers could be heard everywhere from Vrijvasis for

Sri Radha Kripa Kataksha, praying her to bestow her merciful sidelong glance

(kataksha) upon the devotees. The Abhishek in Barsana was (King Vrisabhanus'

palace) celebrated at 12 o'clock with pomp and show as well as during the

day. Devotees move around these holy places to get the darshan and mercy

from Sri Radha in the form of her Charanamrita.

On this auspicious occasion, Shri Inderjit Kapoor Mumbai, Geetha Manchanda

New Delhi, Bharat Bhushan Suri New Delhi, M/s. Rajesh and Anil Motor Co. New

Delhi and Dr. P. C. Khanduja Moolchand Hospital, New Delhi and many other

devotees distributed Rice among old and poor mais (ladies) and other needy

persons. To whom I am along with ladies highly thankful for their generous

donations. Ladies and devotees performed Bhajan Kirtan and we are praying to

almighty to fulfill their wishes under which inspiration they have done this

good deed.
