Greetings. Please find information on a cultrual show on festival and a

request for support for producing that program.

Request for Support

 

TARANGA (a group of amateur artists) has been presenting cultural

programs since 1981 in the metropolitan New York area. TARANGA will be

presenting UTSAVA, a multi-faceted cultural show at the DeBaun Auditorium (see

attached flyer) on September 17 and 18, 2005. We are seeking your support for

this cultural event.

The sponsors will get 4 tickets for a show with reserved seats and will be

Full page ($100) matter size is to be 5” X 8”

Utsava is “festival” in Sanskrit.

This multi-faceted cultural show will present four major festivals:

Shivaratri, Baishaki, Krishna Janmashtami and Durgashtami. Each festival is

presented through the narration of a story and a drama

in English, with music and dance performances.
