TeacherMarcy Jackson will be coming to Honolulu to teach an Advanced Course

from Thursday evening through Sunday afternoon September15-18.This is an

opportunity to go deep into your self andrejuvenate body, mind and spirit. Much

of the Course will be in silence -with deep, guided meditations called "hollow

and empty". Delicious,nutritious food will be provided - the Course will not be

in residence (youwill go home to sleep). Don't miss out on this opportunity to

take this Course on anairy hilltop high above Honolulu. There is so much more

depth to the Beingthat is realized during the powerful meditations & processes

on a Part IICourse. ALL those who have completed the Part I course

areencouraged to join the Part II Course. The Part II completes the

experiencethat was started for you in the Part I Course. Guruji recommends

that each one of us take at least two PartII Courses each year so that we can

recharge and refresh ourselves. ThisCourse is beautifully structured to include

silence, meditation, andknowledge. Past participants keep coming back to go

through the processagain and again since it allows them to get away from the

MAHA (BIG!!) BASIC COURSE (Art of Living Part I Course):This is the course you

will want to encourage your friendsto take - and retake yourself! Senior

teacher John Osborne is flying intothe islands to teach this Basic course -

we are planning for at least 50people! If you bring one new person to the

course, you can retake it forfree.Dates: Friday October 14 - Wednesday, October

19. Times: Fri, Mon, Tues, Wed evenings from 6:30-9:30pm.Sat and Sun mornings

from 9 - 1pm.Tuition: The cost is $375 or $175 for full-time registered

studentsand seniors with no earned income. Call Paulineat 371-6071 or email

October 4th.3 SATSANGS - come and enjoy long Kriya again.We continue with long

Kriya twice each week: On Sundays at9:00 am in the Energy House on Campus (map

at:http://www.hawaii.edu/campusmap/ ), and Wednesday evenings at 6:30pm

inAugust (except for August 17) at the Waialae Nui Ridge Recreation Center.

Wewill also have a potluck after Kriya on August 10. Come and enjoy

abundantfresh prana, good friends, and watch the twinkle of the city lights

aftersunset as you

taste nutritious food.Personal Comfort: The floor is uncarpeted concrete at

WaialaeNui Ridge, so be sure to bring a cushioning mat, towel or blanket to

becomfortable. You may also want to bring a pillow to sit on and a shawl

orthrow - it is always cooler at that high elevation, and it may be

windy.Location:Waialae Nui Ridgeline Estates Rec Center, 2203 Halekoa Drive,

Honolulu, HI 96821-1006.Directions:The H-1 Freeway becomes Kalaniana'oleHighway

near Kahala Mall. Turn off the H-1 or Kalaniana'ole to Aina Koa St., on the

mountain (Mauka) sideof the intersection, drive toward the mountain 2

blocks;then turn left up the mountain on HalekoaDrive.Drive up and up and up

(almost 2 miles)on Halekoa Drive until you see the Rec Center, there is a big

sign on thefence ..you can see the basketball court, swimming pool and the

RecCenter structure. There is a huge parking lot, and tall Pine trees are
