Guest guest
All There was an article recently on the discovery of a large submerged city off the coast of Chennai, near Mamallapuram. According to legend the city had a total of 7 beautiful temples, and a flood submerged 6 of them, leaving the shore temple, that we see now. Can some one add additional info on this? Could this be the site of a bigger complex dedicated to Sriman Narayana? http://news.bbc.co.uk/hi/english/world/south_asia/newsid_1923000/19237 94.stm Thanks Adiyen Venkatesh Elayavilli http://www.srivaishnava.org

Guest guest
Dear Sri Venkatesh and others. The http link in my email got wrapped to the next line. So you have to cut and paste the part on the second line to get the page displayed. Another option is: http://news.bbc.co.uk/hi/english/world/south_asia/default.stm and look at the story on the right side called "Legend found" Looks like none of the indian newspapers carried this discovery. thanks Adiyen Venkatesh Elayavilli > I tried the link that you gave, but it is a blank page.
