Guest guest
Devaraja Dasan "ramanuja" <ramanuja> Respected Sri Velukkudi Swamigal, You may kindly recall me as Sunderajan's brother who had the good fortune of listening to your powerful lecture at Dr.Gopalan's residence at Mumbai. The following mystery needs clarification: Ramayana is supposed to have taken place prior to Mahabaratha; yet there is no reference to incidents or charachters in the Ramayana by charachters in Mahabartatham. Thanking you and once more with dandansamarpitham Devaraj PS: Others can also give their opinions and answers.
Guest guest
Sri: Srimathe Ramanujaya nama: Dear Sri Devaraja, There must be "plenty of references" for sure but one that comes to my mind immediately is the Lord GItAchAryan's words in Bhagavad Gita which is a part of MahAbhArata. The Lord says that He is RAmA in arms/weapons. ANy other references,I will share when it strikes the mind. pavana: pavathAm asmi rAma: shastrabhrthAm aham | jhaShANAm makarash chAsmi shrOthasAm asmi jAhnavi || (BG 10:31) AzhvAr EmperumAnAr Jeeyar TiruvadigaLE saraNam nappinnai
