Text: "viLamba virOdham azhyikkum virutha gadanA sAmarthyam, nannagarilE visthErNam" Summary: Due to the eagerness to reach him Azhwar is overzealous but the Lord does not come in time as expected. This delay results in pranaya kopam. That is the anger between thalaivan and thalaivi - resulting out of excessive love and affection . This anger is assuaged by The Lord s attribute of combining the contrasting elements in thiru vinnagaram. Vilambam=delay; vilamba virOdham = The anger due to the dealay by the Lord; pranaya kalagam-Odal; References for pranaya kalagam: "pOgu nambi" thiru voizh mozhi 6-2-1 ; 'kazhagam yErEal nambi" thiru voizhmozhi -6-2-6 That is in the thiru voizh mozhi "minnidai madavAr" the pranaya kalagam is reflected due to delay in Lord s arrival. In the next thiruvoizhmozhi "nalguravum selvum" 6-3 Lord assuages this feeling by displaying his characteristic of combining the contrasting elements of the World. virutham= contrast gadana sAmarthyam= combining quality. Reference for virutha gadanA sAmarthyam = " azhithAi un thiru adiyAl" 6-2-9 expressing God s strength in combining the contrasts. which is experienced in "nalguravum" to "thiru vinnagar nannagarE" in thiru voizh mozhi 6-3. "palvagaiyum parandha" 6-3-1 indicates the characteristic being pervasive in thiruvinnagar which is indicated as visthErNam. vAnamAmalai padmanabhan
