Dear devotees,

Salutations to all. I'm heading towards Deity/Divya

Desam/archa worship. I have to bridge the gap between physics and

God through the limitations!

 

Logic is a branch of Mathematics(Natural Philosophy)and physics can't

take a step forward without the help of mathematics and physics has

its limitations. Why? Let me quote Einstein(I also hold the view).

 

"As far as the laws of mathematics are certain,they don't refer to

reality and as far as they refer to reality,they are not certain"

 

This reality is the true "physical reality" that Einstein was seeking

after all his life as opposed to quantum reality!

 

All physical laws have to be recast in simple/complex,beautiful/ugly

mathematical equations. Einstein's Relativity is rich in mathematical

beauty.

 

Who is a truly knowledgeable person? Forget about God for the moment.

There had been great minds(theist/atheist/agnostic)who were striving

for the harmony and welfare of the society.

 

For example Bertrand Russell(british mathematician/social

critic/philosopher)was agnostic. In mathematics there are axioms

which can neither be proved nor disproved and God is one such axiom.

So,Russell declares himself as agnostic in the eyes of philosophic

audience(who have background in logic)and an atheist in the eyes of

laymen. He is absolutely a great mind,had written on various topics

(math,quantum,society,life,happiness etc)but unfortunately he never

visited India. If he had,he would have achieved a lot than any other

guy. He went to china and stayed there for an yr. Russell was

ignorant of Vedic religion. He was working towards the happiness of

the society.

 

Einstein,believer in God,is a man of first-rate knowledge. So was

Heisenberg. This example is very crucial in this rat-race world where

people are after money/power/politics and what not. Einstein was a

Jew so had to flee the country during Hitler's time(just before

second world war). So many jews fled Germany and few physicists

remained in Germany. One was Heisenberg(totally there was a quantum

gang of 10),pressurised by Hitler got involved in the atom bomb

project. But these 10 guys(good hearted souls who always wished

society's welfare)had a pact(secret)that they wouldn't make atom

bomb. They had all the knowledge how to make one. But they also knew

what would be the outcome if they trust bomb in Hitler's hands. They

wanted Germany to lose the war. They would re-build German Science.

 

When a country is in ruins,all it needs is couple of great minds to

restore it to normal. For this reason they stayed and also convinced

Hitler that for Germany it would be impossible to prepare bomb within

the war period due to lack of men,lack of resourses and etc.

Heisenberg was the director of the project but many physicists

accused Heisenberg for supporting Hitler. Since news can't be leaked

that easily,Heisenberg on a pretext went to Copenhagen to see Niels

Bohr(who was H's great friend,were so close but slowly the freindship

got spoiled due to the war)to affirm that Germany is not preparing

any bomb and he wanted the same assurance from all physicists in

Europe and US. Even Bohr failed to understand him. When either of the

partner(be it any relation)lacks patience,this is what happens.

Heisenberg didn't offer more answers nor Bohr asked Heisenberg many

questions to clarify the doubts. There was a communication

gap,Heisenberg was unhappy and returned to Germany.

 

Note:Nuclear power can be used for production(of electricity)and as

well as destruction(of society).

 

Meantime,US started the bomb project rigourously. Though Einstein

wrote the first letter to the then President Roosevelt,to allot funds

generously for atom bomb project(as Germany had already started and

must be way ahead),but isolated himself from participating in it. So

he can't be blamed but when he heard the news of Hiroshima,he felt

sad that his theory(E=mc**2)was the culprit. Robert Oppenheimer was

the backbone in this project in US and immediately tested it on Japan

(as it attacked pearl harbor)and thousands died. The beauty is,there

was no bomb project in Germany! Heisenberg toasted a wine when he

heard that Hitler was dead. He felt happy for this but sad that his

country was in a bad shop. It's because of Heisenberg's power of

knowledge,he could delay the project so that Hitler doesn't get it.

Germany could have easily won the war(there was no dearth for brains)

if it had wanted.

 

Why I quoted this example is "true" knowledgeable person will always

desire prosperity of society and will struggle towards to achieve

it. But people in the name of knowledge and who are behind fame/money

etc will create rift among people,carry the seeds of destruction of

the nature and watch the game. With the advent of web technology,mis-

guided information spreads like a plague. I'm happy that this

Ramanuja e-group's goal is to impart the "true" knowledge and spread

the message of Sri Ramanuja.

 

BTW,I forgot to say "what quanta is?". A quanta is discrete packet of

energy. That is, all the energy is not released at once but in small

quantities. For example,if you open the water tap,water comes in

small quantity although it's connected to a big pipe where the water

flow is continuous and also more(this is in layman's words).Einstein,

in his office,had frames of two men,one was Isaac Newton and the

other one(facing Einstein)was Mahatma Gandhi.

 

This "truly" knowledgeable person(in this birth)need not be a theist

to be a good soul. I'll quote a sloka from BG why it's so in the next
