Guest guest
Sri: Srimathe Ramanujaya nama: Dear Sri Parthasarathy, Humble pranams to you. You have got a sound logical thinking and a kind heart as well. As far I'm concerned, science has limitations. I feel that the "final" unified thoery will only carry Einstein's Principle of Relativity and classical mechanics and quantum mechanics would be the limiting/special cases of that General Theory. I will close this topic by saying that Quantum Theory and Relativity Theory are incompatible mathematically and logically(QT is subjective while RT is objective and many more points are there)and that's one of the main reasons, they haven't been unified yet. For westeners "cloning" can be a novelty but not for us and especially "gAndhAri". The author Fritjof Capra,of Tao of Physics:An Exploration of the parallels between modern physics and Eastern mysticism, was a lecturer in Physics Dept in University of Berkeley, published the book in 1975. He got attracted to the puzzling aspects of Zen(school of Buddhism which asserts that enlightenment can be realized and attained by meditation, intuition and self-contemplation rather than through faith and devotion)that reminded him of the puzzles in Quantum Theory. Please don't buy(costs USD 11-12)before you go through it. You may be disappointed(at your mental level). If you know some student, ask them to get it from the library(if you're still in Canada). Even public libraries might have a copy(go to some book store and sit there and read it,9 pages are devoted to Hindusim). Once you go to India,if Madras, visit Connemara/British Library(it has the book for sure). For your information,David Bohm(quantum physicist of Jewish origin) came up with a "hidden-variable" theory which is technically the same as QT but gives a different interpretation of reality. He was a "kind" of a follower of Jiddu Krishnamurthy. In one meeting Einstein said that David Bohm was his successor! But Bohm also makes a logical mistake when he tries to explain the whole and the parts through "hologram" example. In a book called "Ending of Time",you can find the dialogues between Jiddu and Bohm. Many...thanks for creating an interest in me towards AchArya Hrdayam and SriVacanaBhUShaNam.
