Meaning: Through the use of the "madh", it is expressed that in order to surrender to Him, all that is required is the interest in seeking Him; there is no need consider time as a factor. Sri PBA Swami's Sarartha Deepikai: In addition, because She is eternally with Him, the chetana can seek Him at any time. He does not have wait and check to see if She is with Him before approaching Him. He just has to develop the taste to seek Him. As soon as that interest is born, he can approach Him.
