Guest guest
srImathE rAmAnujAya namah dear devotees, The sanskrit classes will start on the 23rd of November - Sunday. We will upload the schedule and class materials on November 20th, and provide a URL at that time. Bridge numbers and timings will also be provided at that time. We will be uploading (to the extent possible), audio recordings of the class on vedics.net. There may be a delay in when the recordings go on the vedics.net site from the date of the class, but students (and those outside of the US) should be able to access the class archives generally. srI parAsara udaya bhAskara deekshit svAmi has been added to this list (deekshitparasaram). He is the priest at the Hindu Temple in Seattle, and a very avid leader in the religious community here. He performs worship at the temple, and conducts festivals with literally thousands of people in attendance, and has been a focal point in the religious activities in Seattle for the past few months. srI deekshit svAmi's Ph.D thesis - A comparison of Laksmi visistAdvaita (vaikhAnasa philosophy) and visistAdvaita is a masterpiece. Svami goes into great detail about how the two systems of thought uphold Lakshmi - Her all-pervasiveness and Her being a dependant of the Lord. It truly is a big fortune for all of us to be learning from him. We look forward to serving all in the cause of the sanAtana dharma. we remain the servants of rAmAnuja, Vedics volunteers
