Guest guest
Sri: Srimathe Ramanujaya Nama: Bhattar had a disciple who was swayed by the lure of money. Bhattar decided to correct him. He put a packet of money near a package of the Lord's prasadam. Then he asked the disciple to go get the prasadam package. The disciple reached the spot and upon seeing both packages began to suffer from temptation to take the money packet. So, he stood there for a while unable to make up his mind. Bhattar then came over there and told the disciple "Just as good deeds and bad deeds torture a chetana, it appears that these two packages are torturing you". The disciple became ashamed and lost his lust for for money from that day onward.
