Dear Devotee,

 

Anything that is contained within the Ve:das is a compilation of

time-honored truths. Astrology is one of the sciences discussed in the

Ve:das, so there is no doubt that it is indeed a valid subject and should be

respected and utilized when appropriate.

 

It is important to know, however, that while astrological recommendations

through a competent expert can help as a guide, life is far too complex and

far too vast to be able to say that this science, or anything else, can help

us fully rid ourselves of the mix of joys and sorrows, successes and

failures, and good and bad that inevitably come our way.

 

This is where we must turn to God, Sriman Na:ra:yana, because, unlike the

forces of nature which are simply doing what they have to do, it is He

Alone Who is constantly seeking our best interest. And, it is He Alone, as

the Lord and Benefactor of this Whole Universe, Who is willing and able to

even change the laws of nature purely for our sake. And, He is doing so,

even now, whether or not we are aware of it, whether or not we believe in

Him. To find peace, then, it merely requires us to be accepting of His

Unconditional Love, and make this the first and foremost guide in our life.
