Swamy's Kainkaryams

 

Later in the next srimuka year, chitra month swamy planned for a grand sanAdhana

dharmasabha at vanamamalai. While arranging for the same, those in

thenthirupEreyil invited swamy to the brahmotsavam of magaranedunkuzhaikAdan.

Swamy was very happy to take the same instance to have the divine darshan of

Azhvar also and started to thirunagari. There the devotees from azhvar

sannadhi welcomed swamy at the sangani thurai with all the respective honours,

thirumAlai, thiruparivattam and others. Swamy humbly accepted all the honours

with great pleasure and proceeded to do mangalasasanams to azhvar and

Adhipiran. After having the divine darshan swamy reached the mutt. Next day

happened to be visaka thirunal and hence to his utmost satisfaction swamy took

part in all the ghosti’s, thirumanjanam etc and had his heart-felt darshan of

azhvar, the very darshan swamy has longed for quite sometime. With great

happiness swamy accepted the theertham, parivattam, thirumalai, prasadam and

completed the dhadheeyArAdham grandly and then left to thenthirupErai.

 

In thenthirupErai, swamy stayed and enjoyed the kainkaryam to emperuman till the

very end (avabruthasnAnam) and was planning to return back to vanamamalai when

Devotees from Srivaikundam invited swamy to their place as the request of

emperuman over there. At the same time, azhvar also visited there since it was

5th day of utsavam. Swamy, who was very attached to azhvar (charama parva

nistai) now got another chance to have the darshan of emperuman with the

purushakAram (recommendation) of nammazhvar. Filled with ecstasy swamy once

again prostrated azhvar and returned back to vanamamalai.

 

Then as per his previous plan swamy, conducted the vaidhika sanAdhana dharma

mahA sabhai, spending a lot of money, inviting many vaidhika and lowkika

scholars in the chitra month, Srimuka varsham. Swamy was praised by one and

all as sanAdhana dharma pradhistApanAcharyar.
