First one is by Puttur Swamy 'Gita Bashyam' which has the detailed commentary of Sri Ramanuja along with various quotes from Tatparya Chadrika of Swami Desikan and Geethartha Sangragha of Swami Alavandar. The second one is published by (I think) by Ahobila Mutt, Both the books I have seen them in India and are very good. You can also buy detailed discourse by Velukudi Krishnan Swami on this subject from Mukundan Pattangi Swami. I would suggest you to read the book along with his discourses, Which I think would give a better perspective.
