Dear Bhagavath Bandus of Srimannarayana!

 

July 23rd, JET California celebrated the Guru Poornima

@ Sriman Prasadji's residence. Guru Poornima day is

the day we worship our acharyas and seek their

blessings.

 

Sriman Muraligaru and Kum. Sharadaji performed the

puja on all our behalf and also explained the

significance of the day.

 

It is ultimately the grace of HH, our acharya, hailing

from the lineage of Sri Nammazhvar, Sri Ramanuja, Sri

Manavala Muni and Sri Pedda Jeeyar Swamiji, that we

have got an oppurtunity to see the celebrations online

(for all those who missed it on Saturday July 23rd

2005).

 

The puja consisted of Achaman, Sankalpam, Puja to the

Paadukas (very very lucky of us to have the Paadukas

for the puja), Haarati, Sri Vishnu Sahasranaama

Paarayana and finally Prasadam.
