The ThriuvAiMozhi thaniyan of bhaTTar mentions 'vAn thigazhum sOlai madhiL

arangar vaN pugazh mEal' deidcating the whole thiruvAimozhi to thiruvarangan as

you said in ThiruppAvai.

 

The vyAkyAnam-s nor AchArya Hrhdyam does not talk about this at all.Similar is

the case of ThriuppAvai.

 

Sri BhaTTar's unblemished abimAnam towards Nam-PerumAL and Chakravarthith Thirumagan is well known.

 

The devotees of kAnchipuram attribute 'thuyar aRu sudar adi' to dhevap perumAL.

This is again not in vyAkyAnam.

 

The devotees of ThirukkuRunkuDi attirbute 'muLai kadhirai kuRun kuDiyuL ..'

ThirunedunThANdakam pAsuram declare that The ThriukkuRunkUdi EmperumAn went and

settled down in Thiruvarangam.

 

The anubhavam-s in pAsuram-s are the nectar to be consumed and devoured. These

opinions of bhaTTar -thaniyan-s and othe opinons quoted hereinabove definitely

do not form part of vyAkyAnam-s and at best can be construed as manifestation

of their love affection towards the EmprumAn.

 

It is a fact that Nam-PerumAL was the centre of develpment of our philosophy.

However as somebody said the whole ThiruvAiMozhi was later on distributed to

each divya-dEsam as a consolation -ref. vaN thiruMOgUrkku Etha pathu. 10-1-11

of ThiruvAiMozhi.'

 

Let us come to today's parlance. What is great in Thriuvarangam - The nadai

azhagu of Nam PerumAL , the araiyar sEvai -the quality of which is coming down

day by day. What is great in ThiruvallikkEANi -undoubtedly aruLich cheyal

anubhavam. What is great in Kanchi - the aruLich cheyal ghOshti -the VEAdha

ghOsthi and the kudai azhagu.

 

Nobody can deny this. One can have abimAnam but now for the sake of argument one

talks of aruLIch cheyal ghOshit in SriRangam - I am sorry - even the nithyapadi

ThiruppAvai in udayavar sannidhi is a great disappointment to one and all.

 

Therefore, let us enjoy the anubhavam-s which are unique to the divya-dhEsam-s .
