Some facts on Mulap prakruthi from Thathvathrayam -Achith prakaraNam

 

of svAmi PiLLai LokAchAryAr -Periya jEyar vyAkyAnam

 

1. Mulap prakruthi: Is the subtle form which manifests itself into

pancha-bhUdhangaL, sensory organs and so on.

 

2. The Mulaprakruthi or the unmodified cause - When the three guNAs -sattva,

rajas, thamas are in a balanced state, the subtle form occurs.

 

3. In this subtle form there is no distintion in the forms and is in a homogeneous state.

 

4. When the balance in the guNA is disturbed, the forms and names manifest

itself and the state of hetrogeneous forms comes up.

 

5. Thus this mula prakruthi is the base for the sporting activities of -lEla of

the EmperumAn for cause and destruction ( back to subtle state).
