Datta jayanthi will be the 9,10,11 the Dalai Lama will be the 23. And yes Shivaratri will be in Hardware, but you need to register now by sending US $100 to Dr. Krishna Kumar at the ashram that will get you all accomodations needed for Hardwar. I am not sure of the date for Hardwar yet, but accomodations will not be available at the last minute so send your name and $ to ashram now.
