A power-packed weekend is scheduled, encompassing two complementary

disciplines. Instructors of both courses were directed by Sri Swamiji to offer these

courses at Datta Retreat Center, to benenfit His devotees and all spiritual seekers.

Kriya Yoga/Meditation will be taught by Bindu from Baton Rouge

The course encompasses Kriya Yoga, meditation, Hatha Asanas, and moment by

moment Yoga Mindfulness instruction, which helps one to employ yoga techniques in

daily life and all situations. Anyone interested in this portion of the program must be

able to arrive by 9 am on Saturday, September 1. Wear non-restrictive clothing.

Bring Yoga mat or towel & blanket.

TIMINGS :

Saturday: 10 am to 3:30 pm (lunch included)

Sunday: 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm

Monday: 9 am to 11 am

COST: $75.00

Vedanta will be taught by Satyam Upadrashta from New Jersey

The content of this course is based on Sri Swamiji's Niti Mala. Helping the individual

to identify and apply the higher values and truths of life in one's real life situations,

the Vedantic message is to understand the real nature of existence and thereby

maintain a high quality of life. TIMINGS :

Saturday: 5 pm to 7 pm

Sunday: 10.30 am to 12 noon and 4 pm to 6 pm

We will have bhajan sessions on Saturday and Sunday evenings, puja Sunday and

Monday mornings, and all meals will be provided. Rustic accommodations at the

center, $10 per person or $25 per family per night, are subject to availability and

must be reserved by phone. BRING WARM CLOTHES, STURDY SHOES, & BEDDING!!
