Guest guest
Jaya Guru Datta, Here is today's saying: “There were two ants. Ant A stayed at salt heap and ate salt. Ant B was near a sugar heap eating sugar. One day ant B asked ant A to taste the sweet sugar. Though ant A ate a little of sugar, it could not feel the sweetness. Then ant B said, 'Spit out the salt particle still retained in your mouth; then only you can enjoy the sweetness of sugar. If salt is removed, taste of sugar can be felt.' Similarly, if a person allows wories, vascillation, infatuation, etc. to dominate one's mind, he cannot properly understand the preachings of the Guru. How can he retain them well and follow them sincerely?" Sri Swamiji, Jnaana Sagar, page 67 Sri Guru Datta, Swamiji Says Suggest a quote for this week's Swamiji Says!
