Jaya Guru Datta,

Here is today's saying:

“Some people behave in a peculiar way. They approach the God or Guru with a

desire. Soon after their desire is fulfilled, they give up the sense of

dedication. They feel that they could succeed all by themselves. In case their

attempt fails in achieving anything, they feel 'In spite of my sincere effort,

this is the result I got.' Such people leave the Guru and the God half-way

through. The proper course is that one must be unmindful of the result,

irrespective of success or defeat, and worship, serve and follow God and Guru

with full faith and unwavering devotion."
