Maha Sivaratri Celebration will be conducted on the night of March 12 as

follows:

March 12, 6:00 pm Abhishekam to Lord Shiva

Puja Stories, Shiva Paat, Recitation

of Slokas

12 Midnight Lingodbhava Darshan

Abhishekam to Lord Shiva and Bhajans

March 13, 5 :00 am Shodshopachhara Puja, Arti

Ashirvachanam

On Mahasivaratri, one who observes fasting, controls sense organs,

performs puja with purity of mind, speech, and deed receives great merits. The

fruits of merits one recieves by performing or prticipating in Shiva puja and

Abhishekam on this day equal to the performance of Shiva Puja the whole year.
