Sri Swamiji's Chicago Tour

As you all know that we will be celebrating His Holiness Sri Swamiji's Birthday

from July 20 - 28th in Chicago.

Chicago Satsangh group has been working very had to make all necessary

arrangements for the devotees who will be attending Sri Swamiji's program.

They have signed a contract to have all Sri Swamiji's program at the

Auditorium of Sri Rama Temple in Lemont. The Auditorium is very suitable for

our activities. It has 700 seating capacity.

Local Satsangh Groups is trying to find a better rate for devotees to stay

in the hotel/s. Hence, we need some information from all those who are planning

to attend Sri Swamiji's program in Chicago.

The needed information is as follows:

1)Your name and address & Phone number

2) Total number of people coming to Chicago with you.

3) Date of arrival and departure

4) whether you need accommodation in the hotel or not. Please

respond

even if you do not need hotel accommodation

5) Whether you need bus transporation from hotel to Rama Temple &

Back

6) Whether you need transportation to Symphony Orchestra of Chicago

 

on July 20th

Please respond to the above six questions as soon as possible -

atleast by 25th of April.

It helps us to make arrangments if we know

1)how many are coming

2) how many need hotel accommodation

3) how many need bus transporation from hotel to Rama Temple

4) how many need bus transportation to Symphony Orchestra.
