Guest guest Posted April 21, 2002 Report Share Posted April 21, 2002 Jaya Guru Datta, To add a little twist to these mailings, we will begin sending out part of the Lessons from the Bhagavad Gita each day, starting with Chapter 2 Verse 39. These lessons were taught by Sri Swamiji and compiled by Swami Dattananda Datta Pada Renu. The first four lessons are a somewhat random overview of the Gita. Starting with lesson 5, however, there is an almost line by line interpretation of the Gita, which begins with Verse 47 of chapter 2. You will still get only one Bhagavad Gita e-mail each day. So it may not make sense as to why we are sending interpretations of verses that are long past or far from in the future, but in a little over a week, everything will correspond nicely. We find the lessons rather wonderful. We hope you enjoy them too.
