Jaya Guru Datta,

Here is today's saying:

"I exist in everything continuously. I exist everywhere in the same form.

During the state of Jagrat (wakeful state), the other two states namely Swapna

(dream) and Sushupti (deep sleep) are not there. Similarly, Sushupti and Jagrat

are absent in the dream state. In the same way, Jagrat and Swapna are not

present during the deep sleep state.

I am seeing the objects during both the wakeful and dream states. During

Sushupti (deep sleep) state, I see the ignorance namely 'I do not know

anything.'

I am one who sees both Jnaana and Ajnaana. I am one who has no modifications.

I am of the nature of knowledge. I am therefore of the nature of

Sachchidananda, who is devoid of the three states."

In Sanskrit:
