LESSONS FROM BHAGAVAD GITA – 20 As taught by Parama Pujya Sri Swamiji “He who fails to conform to the wheel thus set revolving is a sinner rejoicing in sense pleasures; O Arjuna, he lives in vain.” The whole movement of the cosmic wheel is based on Yajna or self-sacrifice. This wheel is set revolving by the Supreme Lord, who is present in every act of self-sacrifice. The Supreme Lord has made the whole world of phenomena to move in consonance with the law of the wheel of sacrifice. If a man performs his actions in conformity with the law of the wheel of sacrifice, he becomes happy and in the end reaches the highest perfection. But he who becomes a slave to sensuous pleasures will always be in conflict with the law of the cosmic wheel of sacrifice and as such he becomes the cause of his own ruin. He is a sinner. - Official partner of 2002 FIFA World Cup http://fifaworldcup.
