LESSONS FROM BHAGAVAD GITA – 29 As taught by Parama Pujya Sri Swamiji Now, Sri Krishna is going to reveal the secret of His incarnation. He says, “Though I am unborn, immutable and the Lord of all beings, yet presiding over My Prakriti, I take birth by the power of My own Maya” (Chapter 4, Verse 6). According to the law of Karma, a man takes birth as an effect of his previous life’s actions. But the Lord has no such Karma to be worked out. That is, He takes birth not bound by Karma, but by His own will just to uplift humanity and do good to the world. In fact, He is unborn, (ajah,) immutable, (avyayatma,) and the Supreme Lord of all beings, (bhutanum Eswaraha.) From these three attributes revealed by Sri Krishna Himself, we can understand that He is the Supreme Lord of the Universe. Sign up for SBC Dial - First Month Free http://sbc.
