Urgent - Need information from sponsors of Sri Swamiji's Calendar

This is a reminder for those who want to sponosor Sri Swamiji's

calendar. At this time we are requesting devotees who are willing to sponsor

the calendar to do the following:

 

1) indicate how many weeks you want to sponsor

2) if you decide to sposnsor the calendat, please sent the names of

of your family members so that we can print their names in the clendar.

3) Please send $50 for each week of sponsorship. You can sponsor as

many weeks as you wish and send money accordingly -- by multiplying the

number of weeks with $50.

5) DEADLINE: We need to have the information of your sponsorship by

July 8, 2002 so that we can have enough time to print it.

Following is the text of the request we made early part of this month:

 

 

On Friday, August 2, Sri Swamiji's will be conducting a Healing and

Meditation Music concert in Lafayette, Louisiana. A group of devotees are

planning to release an August 2002 - July 2003 CALENDAR during that

occasion.

The calendar will have 12 pictures of Sri Swamiji, one for each month.

 

We are requesting Sponsors to assist in the printing cost for this 12

month calendar. We are looking for 52 sponsors to represent 52 weeks of

the year. One may sponsor one week for $50. Sponsorship could be either by

individuals or by family. One family can sponsor more than one week.

 

We need the following information from the devotees:

 

1) If you are planning to Sponsor one week, please send your name(s),

address, and phone number as soon as possible

 

2) A family can sponsor two or more weeks. Please send your name(s),

address, and phone number by July 6, 2002. Sooner the better. It would

help the organizers to plan and print the calendar on time.
