Anyone can perform the Anaghastami Vrath, anywhere at any time, even without

a priest.There is a book called Anaghastami Puja in English, Telugu and

Hindi.

If I know where you are I can give you the details like how can you get the

book and wehre you can get.

And also if possible guidance from someone near your place depending on

where you are.
