It is for the FIRST TIME that His Holiness has granted the request to

SRI SWAMIJI & HIS MUSIC

**********************************************************************

The dimensions of Sri Ganapati Sachchidananda Swamiji's spiritual

energy have so vastly spread within India and all over the world that

HH Sri Swamiji is acclaimed as one of the greatest Yogis and Godmen

of contemporary times.

Sri Swamiji's music is a powerful force that lifts the

consciousness of man from the mundane and material existence to that

of divine bliss and ecstacy, thereby bringing about spiritual

transformation.

Sri Swamiji's music acts like a tonic to help relieve stress, induce

meditation, and bring healing. Each raaga and each instrument in the

orchestra is like a special medicine.

His Holiness combines the power of Indian classical melodies with

contemporary synthesizer sounds, moving the audience to a spiritual

experience. Listening with concentration, this itself becomes yoga.

Since each individual represents an 'aura' and each musical note, a

dimension of spiritual energy, Sri Swamiji would produce such a music

which would incorporate and integrate aspects of human nature,

planetary position, and correspondingly choose the most suitable

raagas capable of producing the desired musical vibrations.

Swamiji's yogic mind, dominant sincerity, masterly touch, pure

energy, high intuitive ability, siddhis (superhuman powers) - all

these form the foundation of the healing process.

EXCERPTS FROM SRI SWAMIJI

**********************************************************************

"Music is my language, my expression, my soul, and my religion."

"Music is a force that unites humanity the world over."

"The entire universe pulsates in music."

"Music is for the mind as food is for the body."

"There is an intimate relationship between Music & God, that is

established only when music is approached with reverence and

devotion. Worshipful absorption into music leads to liberation."

"Our life is a concert which is capable of producing melodious

music. All that we have to do is to keep the `organs' trim

and tuned properly. He who created this world and us and is

sustaining it, is a Master musician. He is ever playing soulful and

enchanting music. We have to train ourselves to listen to that

delightful music and render ourselves instruments for the expression

of that Divine music. This is the secret of establishing harmony and

balance in life."
