Guest guest
Jaya Guru Datta ! I found a very good site which has excellent info on Lord Datta and thought of sharing it with the group. The site talks about Guru Charithra, Shripad SriVallabh,Sri Narasimha Saraswati & other avataras of Dattatreya. This also has beautiful photographs and info about Ganagapuram and other places related to datta. One notable aspect is "The Sadgurus are born at different times in different places and with different cultural backgrounds. Strangely enough their external situations may be widely variant but their actions in their embodied stages display a common theme and common approach to solve the human problems." We all are very lucky, blessed and fortunate to be born as a contemporary of Sri Swamiji - one such avataras of Dattatreya. On the whole the site explains the Guru Tattva and is worth reading. Here is the link for the same. www.shreeswami.org Sri Guru Datta ! Bala. __________ Get advanced SPAM filtering on Webmail or POP Mail ... After Swamiji left India I was ever so desolate that I started surfing DATTATREYA. Lo and behold I found 2507 sites. One of them is www.shreeswami.org, from which I downloaded the GURU CHARITRA,and started reading it on GURU POORNIMA. These sites expalin the DATTAprinciple ever so well, and we would recognise all of them since SHRI SWAMIJI has been using these methods so subtly, that we are not even consciously aware.Poojya Swamiji is such an extraordinay GURU par excellence that HIS TEACHINGS have been imbibed by us as apart of our daily live, without giving it high sounding spiritual tags. That seems to be the essence of DATTATREYA WHO IS VERILY OUR SWAMIJI Do browse,it's a very rewarding familiar feeling, yes thanks to OUR POOJJYA APPAJI. We are inded very fortunate. with and in devotion meeradatta > > > __________ > Get advanced SPAM filtering on Webmail or POP Mail ...
