Sri Swamiji today (28 Nov 2003) inaugurated a Global Bhagavad Gita Conference in the Indian Institute of Science in Bangalore. The three day seminars will feature renowned scholars speaking on the Gita. Sri Swamiji said that the teachings of the Gita and the deliberations of the conference should reach the common man.
