Guest guest
Namaste Bill, No everyone understands everything. Humans are all different from one another. Even those with the backgroud or religious framework may still grope around the forest for the trees to find themselves, or indeed find Lord Ganesh as there are innumerable forms of Him. 108 names He has, and infinite forms. Couldn't agree more with you in relation to your perception that Rajat has no stupidities but only valuable insights. To know others is wise, to know oneself is enlightenment. Guest guest
Dear friend, pranaam, Thanx but truly i know myself much better & am just a learner here & everywhere. anyways , well i am not too good at translating THE MANTRAS etc. in ENGLISH but will try to explain what i have added there. well the most important i think is that in the MANTRA where its "Avighnam kuru mein.... " should be "NIRVIGHNAM KURU MEIN....." Secondly that whenever we do a pooja/ritual or mantra jup (recitition of spell) we should offer it all to the RESPECTIVE DEITY requesting them to fullfill the desire for which it has been performed. for the purpose of offering all the recitation or pooja , one can recite the following mantras while holding a litter in the right palm & then drop it at THE FEET of deity (samarpan) & then touch the spilled water with the fingers of right hand & touch it to the eyes & forehead of self . MANTRAS..... 1)Guhyaati guhya gopatree twam grehnat maskritam japam (poojanam for pooja or japam poojanam ch in case of both), Sidhirr bhavatu mein devi (devah for male deity)twat prasaadaan maheshwaree (maheshwarah in case of male deity). 2)Anen kriten japaakhyen (poojan ,in case of pooja) karmanah , shree ganapataye (name of specific DEITY) devah (DEVI, IN CASE OF FEMALE DEITY) preeyantaam na mam. Also ,when we talk of rituals then theres a lot lot more which is almost difficult for any family person to do sest for that is to HIRE (?well not the right word but...) an AACHARYA who is well versed in the RITUAL & its SHASTROKT (according to shastras) ceremonies(& then it all becomes a costly affair) . but for a family person going thru all the minutest things is not important . aLSO ,IMO,whatever one may perform any way but with full devotion & dedication & would get fruits which might be much more rewarding then performing complete YAJNA.As is said "VISHVAASAM PHALPRADAAYAKAM" meaning its ONES faith which gives results NO FAITH NO GOD NO RESULTS. regards rajat > rajat, you have no STUPIDITIES, only helpful INSIGHTS. thanks for > everything. i will be honest about not understanding it all, but > that's since i do not have the religious framework some of you have. > this is fine. i am still learning to know and respect my brothers and > sisters here. > > love, bill > > *************************** > > > aumganesh: > > Namaste Rajat, > Thanks for sharing your Darshan here.
