Namaste and Vannakkam

I am Jennifer. I have been a Hindu, vegetarian and follower of

several Gods including Ganesha for the past 5 years. I hope this

group will give some good insight into SriGanesha and how to worship

him.

I am also wondering about something. TOmmorrow is Ganesha Chathurthi.

Can anyone please tell how to do a simple puja for Ganesh Chathurthi.

Also In India I know they make mud or clay statues of Ganesha and

after 3 days (after ganesha chathurthi) you have to immerse in

water. Does anyone know the story behind this?
