Guest guest
This is my third attempt to post this. This time I have linked it to another post. The site seems to be blocking my posts. Anyway, today, reading through the scriptures I found two passages that struck me as they seem to share the same principle about harmony with God: Skanda Purana- For those who do not worship, and are intent upon lies and anger, and are committe to fierce savagery, he [Ganesh] will create obstacles. He will remove obstacles from those who revere traditions, knowledge and teachers. Without worshipping him, all actions and laws will become obstrcuted. Deuteronomy- If you fully obey the Lord your God [Adonai] and follow his commandments I give you....all these blessings will come upon you and accompany you....however, if you do not obey the Lord your God and do not carefully follow all his commands and decrees I am giving you....all these curses will come upon you and overtake you. The actual texts are Skanda Purana 1.2.278-314 and Deuteronomy 28. Blessings, Bill We'll see if this one takes.
